Sumit has more than 6 years of experience in advising clients in all areas of corporate tax and regulatory matters and was earlier associated with Deloitte and BDO.
He has been actively involved in imparting strategic tax planning advice relating to international and corporate taxation, capital structuring for inbound and outbound investments with special focus on treaty benefits, withholding tax matters relating to non residents and residents, tax due diligence, and cross border transactions.
He has represented various corporate clients before direct tax authorities in assessments, appeals, revisionary proceedings and in other matters.
His previous and current clientele includes Mother Dairy, Xerox, Spice group, Freescale, Nikon, ResMed, Kelly Services, Powerlinks, Eperium, Fincantieri, Monotype etc.

Saurab Bindal (B.Com(H), ACA, DISA, LLB)

Saurab has widespread experience in the field of direct & indirect tax laws. His other areas of proficiency include assurance, risk advisory and consultancy.
He has served clients from varied sectors including Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Service, Export Houses, Charitable Trusts, Financial Institutions including PSU Banks, etc.
He is a DISA qualified chartered accountant having good experience in the field of Bank audits (statutory, concurrent & stock audits).
He has worked in the realm of audit, taxation and advisory, and has gained expertise in those areas.
He is the main catalyst in expanding the services of the firm from the traditional audit & taxation to a range of services.
